When it was revealed that this drug increased the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and heart-related pain, we went to bat for more than 1500 clients and received over $45,000,000 in settlements.

Two popular diet drugs created heart valve problems for their users. We settled cases for 350 clients, totaling more than $70 million.

If used during the first trimester of pregnancy, there is an increased risk of birth defects, which wasn’t revealed until the FDA stepped in. We settled 230 cases for $200 million.

When it was discovered that this drug was linked to an increased risk of stroke, we were one of the first to begin litigation. We represented more than 50 clients who were awarded more than $19 million.

These hip-implant products were recalled, and we were able to settle over 525 claims for more than $100 million.

ORTHO EVRA BIRTH CONTROL PATCH (ORTHO MCNEIL/JOHNSON & JOHNSON)

Women using the Ortho-Evra patch were exposed to 60 percent more estrogen than women who use oral birth control pills. We represented 165 women and got them a total settlement of more than $33 million.

GUIDANT DEFIBRILLATOR

We filed one of the first lawsuits in the country involving a flaw that can short-circuit and disable those made before 2003. Overall, we settled more than 500 cases for more than $15 million.
