Adam Pulaski

Adam was born in Houston, Texas. He was admitted to the Bar in 1991 and is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Casework

In 2005, Adam was successful in negotiating one of the first nationwide round II opt-out settlements for the Fen-Phen Diet Drug Litigation. In addition, he is currently representing thousands of clients in Zyprexa, Vioxx, Guidant Defibrilator and other mass tort litigation. Recently, he was one of the first to file a lawsuit for the Guidant Defibrilator litigation in the State of Texas. Steve Kherkher

Steve grew up in Houston and attended St. Vincent de Paul and St. Thomas High School before going to the University of Houston. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Steve began working on his master’s and as a football graduate assistant for U of H coach Bill Yeoman. “I loved it!” Steve says enthusiastically, “That was part of the reason I was getting my master’s in education, because I wanted to be a coach. To watch Coach Yeoman and to see his effect on people was tremendous. He is in the College Hall of Fame! I knew I wanted to help people in my own way.”

After receiving his master’s in education Steve decided his way to help those in need was through the law. “After a lot of thought I knew my place was in the law. I would see the injustice that was going on all around me and knew that I could use my education and background to make an impact on the lives of people.” He earned his law degree from the South Texas College of Law where he was Assistant Editor of the South Texas Law Review and graduated cum laude.

Shortly thereafter, Steve joined Williams Bailey Law Firm as an associate and put his nose to the grind stone. “I have always been driven and this firm is like a family. We support one another and are concerned about the well being of our clients. In fact, we look at our clients as family members and work hard for them. Their disappointments are our disappointments and their triumphs are our triumphs. We work hard because we want them to know we are doing everything in our power to take care of them.”

Darsey Glean

Darsey has dedicated her legal practice to uphold a personal commitment to victims’ rights. Darsey received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a secondary emphasis in studies of World History and Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Darsey studied under Dean T. Gerald Treece as a member of the nationally recognized mock trial program. In her practice, Darsey represents individuals to protect, promote and safeguard the rights of people forced to seek redress in law. In 2011, she joined the Pulaski Kherkher PLLC, whose practice was focused on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, including Transvaginal Mesh, Actos, Yaz, and Pradaxa, as well as first-party homeowners' claims and personal injury. In 2016, Darsey became a partner at the firm and she continues to manage the firm’s products liability, personal injury, pharmaceutical drug and medical device, and first party insurance dockets. Over the last decade, Darsey has practiced and worked exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs, in complex mass tort civil litigation.

Eric Boss

Eric was born in Houston, Texas. He began his legal career gaining trial experience through the Texas Attorney General office, Consumer Protection Division. Formerly a lawyer for insurance companies at a nationwide firm, Eric left his this path to pursue a career in personal injury law – a decision that has allowed him the opportunity to protect those individuals who truly need it most.

Eric is admitted to practice in all state courts of the State of Texas, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Leslie Lamacchia

Leslie has been involved in some of the largest mass tort lawsuits in the country, representing thousands of injured claimants against major pharmaceutical companies like Johnson & Johnson, Janssen, Wyeth, Eli Lilly, Bayer, and Astra Zeneca, resulting in significant settlements. Leslie has also successfully represented hundreds of injured claimants in a refinery explosion against British Petroleum. In addition to the practice of law, Leslie is also a Professional Triathlete.

Katherine Cornell

Katherine Cornell is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device cases nationwide. Clients have come to rely on Ms. Cornell for her breadth of experience and dedication to each and every case.

Ms. Cornell is well known amongst her peers for her work in the global transvaginal mesh litigation. She served on the trial team against Mentor Worldwide and its parent company Johnson & Johnson that obtained a $4.4 million dollar verdict in 2016.

Her experience working has proved invaluable to not only her clients, but also to other victims of defective medical products and dangers prescription medications. Ms. Cornell is currently working with victims of defective hernia mesh products to help hold manufacturers accountable for their defective devices and she also assists victims of personal injury accidents in getting compensation for their injuries.

In her spare time, Ms. Cornell is an active member of the legal community. She has been named a Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers and is a 2018 Rising Star recipient, which is an honor reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys. Ms. Cornell is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, where she currently serves as a member of the board of directors. She is also the treasurer for the Law Practice Management Section of the Houston Bar Association and serves on the board of directors for the Houston Trial Lawyers Foundation.

Ms. Cornell received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Grand Valley State University before attending Michigan State University College of Law, where she received Dean’s List recognition. While in her home state of Michigan, she worked as a probation officer in the 59th District Court, served as a Law Clerk to Judge F. Kay Behm in The Probate Court For The County of Genesee, and as a Law Clerk to Judge Joseph J. Farah of the 7th Circuit Court.
